KYC Verification

You need to pass KYC verification Level 1 in order to start deposit and trade.

Step 1: Login to your account at Coinstrat Pro

On your dashboard, click on "Click to upgrade" on the Verification widget

 

Step 2: Upload your verification documents

Please have the following documents prepared with you:

• Proof of identity: you can use national ID, passport, or driving license. Take clear photos of both front and back sides.
• Proof of address: you can use utility bill, driving license, tax invoice or bank document with your name and address on it.
• Take a selfie of yourself holding ID document. See samples below:

And then, submit your document.

Step 3: Wait for email confirmation

If your documents are accepted, you will receive a Verification approval email like below:

It means you can now start depositing and trading.

In case your documents are rejected, you will need to update your documents.
