How to change your cTrader password

Step 1: Access cTrader Web App

There are 2 ways you can access cTrader web app. You can either go directly to : https://app.coinstrat.pro/

Or you can access from the "Web" button in cTrader tab:

Click on it to open web app.

 

Step 2: Choose "Forgot password" to reset

A web app window will open. You will click on "Login" and choose "Forgot password"

Type in your email that you registered with Coinstrat Pro, and click "Reset Password.

 

Step 3: Open your email to check the reset password link

You will receive an email from cTrader to reset your password:

Choose your new password and submit.

Then you can login with your email and new password to cTrader web app, PC or Mac.
